I had an experience I shared on HG facebook page that was immediately deleted. I also emailed the company without response. While shopping in HomeGoods I heard a loud conversation in a language other than English. The odd thing was that the people having the conversation seemed to stay in 1 location for a long period of time. When I proceeded to the area of the conversation I realized that those having the conversation were HomeGoods employees who appeared to be discussing a store display. Isnt it a requirement when being hired in this country to speak English? Dont get me wrong, I am a full blooded Italian-American, but while I am in this country I speak the language of this country - which is English. If I were to go to Italy then Id better darn well know the language of the country. And If I want to be employed within that country I should be expected to speak Italian. I thought it was rude for the HomeGoods employees to be conversing in a language other than English - in this store on the soil of English speaking residents - and I informed HomeGoods of this who chose to ignore instead of address this concern. As I was walking out the store I noticed many if not all the employees appeared to be of similar ethnic origin. I truly felt like an outsider in this store in my country. I originally thought HomeGoods was a find but now I doubt I will ever return there.

The manager (Pia) was very unprofessional. She made a scene in front of the store because I did not bring in the shattered glass mirror. I was shocked and confused because that is physically impossible and dangerous! I Was trying to get store credit. I showed her multiple pictures of the shattered mirror and I had the reciept. She is not someone I would want to work with again.

I waited 35 minutes to check out. Twice as long as the time it took to shop I started to put items back. Several customers just left. There were several open registers. Seems like this is normal according to other customers checking out. Not a good experience.

Need to work on having either shorter or at least quicker checkout lines. Whoever does security tags needs better training. I put items back bc the tags interfered with my ability to try on clothed and put a noticeable hole in leather shoes.

The staff is unfriendly The guy outside who suppose,to collect the carts IS on his phone Its overpriced and pay attention How many times cashier will ring same item... Not going back Ever

Great selection like most Home Goods. We really enjoy the kitchen stuff and all the food. Show dept is really good too. Lines get very long though.

This a very large Home Goods and Tjmax. Lines can get long, but they always have a lot of cashiers so it moves quickly.
