I love this place. Just moved to the area and tried a few other places along with this one for groceries. This one is the best in terms of cleanliness, freshness of produce, selection, and over all good vibes from staff. Everyone there is so nice and helpful- especially the guy at the deli. (And speaking of deli their seafood salad is delicious!) The prices are decent and their weekly specials are actually pretty good- surprisingly I found this place to be cheaper overall than the nearby Foodtown- which I did not expect. Obviously, I would highly recommend this place.

When they first opened a couple years ago everything was great. Ive had several incidents when I get home and the core of my onion is rotted, corn on the cob is practically spoiled and seemingly ripe avocados are bruised and inedible. Unless Im desperate- I skip this supermarket all together and go to the FOOD TOWN down the block.

I only started going here recently as I walked from Physical therapy to my house. k this store. The produce is wonderful. So varied and fresh. They have a wonderful selection of organic and gluten free products. The store is bright, well lit and clean. The fresh deli counter looks nice too.

I absolutely love this place! You get pretty much anything you could ask for in here. I moved from Bayridge 5 months ago and I really miss my late night trips to Metropolitan. They also have another branch on the 95th and 3rd.

Rude manager. Rude checkout clerks. If you want to get into a fight with someone, shop here. I have never experienced such rude pugilistic customer service in my life. Do NOT shop here, go to Foodtown!!

Good variety. There are foods here that are not available at the nearby Foodtown, but the Met is definitely more cramped. No parking lot here either, but its very close to the subway stairs.

This place is a go-to spot for any exotic food stuffs you might need. Only downside is the lines are killer on the weekend and the organization of the store could be improved upon

I bought a great pack of oranges--its the perfect, ripe, not a single brown spot oranges. The hotchocolate is delicious and has a great smooth finish. No aftertaste. Amazing store!

I love this little store. Especially love all of the international goodies, which are usually a much better price than at other places. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.
