I asked the brunette cashier for some assistance in finding a figurine. The minute I mentioned the type (African American) she was very dismissive and condescending in the way she spoke to me.. almost laughing at my question. This occurred on 8/5/17. Not only will I avoid this store in the future but I will share this incident with my peers. There is a certain way of treating people, especially when youre in customer service, and this store is clueless.

This is an American Greetings Company? really?. People there are horrible. Very rude. The place smell, even that they have a wonderful stock. It is a shame that such a beautiful store is running for unpleasant employees. Never go there. !!!
