I used to enjoy this store but lately things have taken a turn for worse. Today I was shopping with my sister and her friend. Her friend went to try on clothes and we followed after so we can see the outfits on her & give her opinions as to whether she should purchase or not. My sister & I waited in the hallway of the dressing room paitently when this young african american teen girl who worked there comes in the dressing room announcing that "anyone who is not trying clothes on should get out because its unacceptable ". I found this extremely rude considering after she said this, the workers friend goes "THANK YOU KIANNA" and "Kianna" goes "Girl you know I aint playing. This is unacceptable". Let me remind you, it wasnt like the store was crowded or anyone was causing a ruckus. I dont know what the problem was, but she was very obnoxious. So my friend calls me once we are out because she wanted our opinions. We go back in & not even 1 minute later, the same girl from before comes back in with the same announcement. Ive come to this store various amounts of times & never has waiting outside the dressing room for a friend been a problem. This really bothered me & if these are the types of people they are hiring, Im not likely to shop at this store anymore.

The customer service here sucks! I asked to buy a dress off the mannequin and they told me yes at first then no because its Friday, come back Monday for it -.- and I asked why. The girl told me because its the weekend we do not take things off mannequins. Straight BS!

The place is always a mess. Nothing is ever in order. Although the prices are still great, its impossible to find anything.
