If youre planning on working here, DONT DO IT!!! I saw they were hiring so I decided to do a application. After I finished the Application I brung it back to the store, the manager said come back at 3:00. It was about 2:15 at the time, so I walked around the mall until it was time to come back for my interview. I arrive back at the store at 3 on the Dot!! I alert the manager that im here , she says with the Biggest attitude "Ummm, youre going to have to wait, I need some time go stand over there... I waited around the store for a whole HOUR. Just looking awkward as hell... Then a different manager comes out the office and she says "ill be interviewing you, so she interviewed me and said she would give me a call back to let me know if I got the job. She calls me 2 days later lets me know I got the job and i can come in the next day to fill my paper work out. When im finished she tells me I will give u a call next Friday with your schedule. Next Friday comes , NO CALL. SATURDAY COMES NO CALL. So, I call and the manager says "im sorry there where no managers in yesterday but we are having orientation tomorrow. I went to orientation they tell me im sorry the manager is out sick today.. She will call u tomorrow. I have not gotten a call nor update since that... DO NOT WORK HERE ITS A ZOO!!!! These people are young dumb!!! And super unprofessional! !

Bought my daughter a change purse on clearance. Went to exchange it as we noticed change kept falling out as soon as we left the store. When we went to exchange the purse for one with a zipper and the same price we were told NO because it was on clearance. Come on...$1.90 was paid and they couldnt exchange it for another one that was the same price? They never informed us that if buying a clearance item you cant even exchange it. I understand if I wanted my money back but really...a simple exchange for a same priced item...should have been a simple swap but no not at this retail shop. Make sure you know their policies when shopping there or youll be left with items that are broken and dont work.

All Forever 21 stores have the WORST customer service ever. I called the Stamford store to ask if they had a skirt from online in store and the associate said it would take them a while to do it because theres a long line and said they couldnt find out. Im sure customers in line would wait 3 minutes tops for you to put in the product number into the system to find out if you have something in the store. Completely awful. I work in retail as well and I know that thats poor customer service.

Really great clothing. Love everything I buy but thr only bad thing is costumer service. There is literally nobody to check you out. You look so stupid just looking for something and people look at you-not in the good way. Otherwise I love it. I guess you could get it fixed is buy going online but.
