I went to this store and the way manager deals with the customers is very unprofessional. The store only have one fitting room and he wants customers to try in less than 5 minutes. He yells at customers for taking too long. I wanted to buy few accessories but I had to leave. He was rude and did not apologize for his behavior. I will not recommend this store to anyone. zero stars...giving one star bc I will not be able to post the review without giving one.

Honestly love the store but the people working in this particular one have an attitude problem, I understand you close at 9:30, but if I come in at 9 it doesnt mean you rush me out of there and ask me 3x if theres anything you can help me with, you could help me by being nice and not making me feel pressured to get out of there when I planned on spending money. Will not be back to this location, very dissapointed.

I went to Charming Charlies for the first time. I loved the store. Staff was very friendly. I did deal with a male employee or he could have been the ownwer. Im not sure. But he was very eager to help me find a bag I was looking for. Very cute boutique. We couldnt make up our minds on what to buy so much to choose from. Loved the color set up!!! I give it a five star rating
