The store had wonderful merchandise, but the customer service has horrible. The staff hounds you down are stalks you throughout the store, which is especially annoying since youre usually the one one there. The store is also quite unprofessional, sales are not clearly displayed, the racks are stuffed and disorganized, and check out took a needlessly long time because the staff did not know how the work the register. My advice? Buy from another Accessorize or online. The stuff is seriously cute, but the hassle you go through between being hounded down by staff and working with a poorly run store is not worth it.

My daughter purchased some accessories. She tried to return a couple of things... The sales girl said they are not authorized to do returns Unless a manager is present... Yep you guessed it... Made 2 trips there and no manager was ever present ... Shady!!!
