Decided to go to the coach store 4/7/15, for nothing specific, but was welcomed by associate Jennifer, with a smile and a "hello"! The store was very neatly organized and clean. She assisted me very nicely, not overbearing. Whether she thought I was really going to buy anything or not, which I did, she did a great job as an associate at Coach! She showed me all the sales, compared prices for me, and suggested different pieces for me. Thank you Jennifer! For helping me pick out that bag! Lol :)

This store has so much energy in the summer months its hard to step foot in and not feel like you are part of a handbag frenzy! I love the the open space and the quantity of bags. The quality will last many years and the brand itself is one of my favorites for durability. Check this store out.. if you want to score a stylish bag and save a ton of money !

Nasty staff obnoxious attitude , especially the store associate Audrey. She has that resentful angry facial expression and acts like she hated her job so much. After we spent couple hundred dollars in the store she would not Evan say thank you. N cannot wait to get rid of us in the store so she can go back to sleep I guess

Im just very confused about this store how come when I came in here to buy a bag for 79 dollars they needed ID with my debit card that was signed and I knew everything about that card but when I went into Michael Kors I bought a 200 dollars bag and did not have to present my ID. On top of that the cashier was very rude.
