The only thing I love about this store, is that its so big! And because its so big, they have many different displays that would cater to many different tastes. But over time, Forever 21 has been coming out with less decent clothes and more thats just eye candy. How is it that I went through 3 different Forever 21 stores and didnt find a dress that wasnt just casual wear? The cut up shirts cost the most, when you could do potentially the same at home with your own or old shirt. Its just getting funny at this point. I usually always find something really decent to buy and wear, but lately I find things that are okay but I dont really want or need them. Its not something thats missing in my life or closet. Its not completely F21s fault, its whats trending. My favorites have always been the basics, but its like they took them away or something. You cant go wrong with the basics. And employees who work here, its give and take. I literally just saw one dude that was working here mad hardcore hitting on a customer, ummm when was that ever allowed? Theres a difference between helping a customer and then following her around and hitting on her. I loved seeing the diverse employees, most specifically the Asian girls. Theyll actually help you with your outfits. Theyre also dressed really cute too. I dont know some of the workers dont dress appropriately I would say. Others do have the Forever 21 look, but theyre not looking on the bad side. Its give and take with this store, its not always amazing, and its not always drab either. I just hope they bring in a better line of clothes for the people who are looking to not be casual, athletic, or are into the millennial current trends.

You better try everything on before you buy when you go here, I tryed to return a shirt that was too small, literally the same day 5 mins after I got home tryed it on and noticed it was too small, and they kept trying to give me store credit even tho it states on the recipe that I should be paid back on my card. The lady there was very rude and they dont care about customer service, I was told to call forever 21 if I had a problem and wasnt allowed to see the manager. Wtf? Its sad because I spend so much at forever 21 and now I refuse to shop here anymore.

The wait is 30 mins at least. And not like the cashiers care... They take their time. 2 people is the most they ever have at the registers. Though they have 5 employees wondering around the store. Horrible

I dont shop here often, but I like the variety of items they have. I do not like however if you have to return an item you get store credit as opposed to the tender in which you paid.

This store is too big - its always a mess and I cannot find anything. I was looking at a dress once and found different sizes of it throughout the section it was in.

Customer service is the WORST in this store.. not only this one but all forever 21 stores... so so horrible
