Terrible sales associates & managers. WAS a customer of MK for years, up until recently. My boyfriend bought me a bracelet set from here, and the week after i notice the stones came off, I was able to exchange it for the same thing. Then a week after, I notice the same replacement had the same issue- and the manager was NOT only unavailable to help me resolve the issue but was also rude & nasty and directed me to customer service. As an employee for retail myself, I ALWAYS learned that the customer is always right and SHOULD be satisfied with their purchase. NEVER again will I spend my money on poor quality made jewelry.

I normally shop online. Bought a bag on MKs website but had to bring it in to return because the bag was too heavy. Only a couple customers were there but each transactions took forever. I had to wait for the manager for return, not friendly, not a smile, not a hi, just a quick glance at me and walk away. Kept me waiting half and hour just to return a bag. The sale associate was pretty nice tho.

Purchased a new digital watch for Christmas. Went too the store to get the watch sized, and was told they were too busy to size mine for the remainder of the day. Now I have a watch I cant wear for a few days. Never again will I spend my money at one of these stores.

If you do not have a receipt with you, then good luck! They make you show them your bank statement transaction as a proof of purchase if you are not in their system. Ridiculous rules and not so user friendly return policy MK.
