Nice store. Easy return process. Only downside is if you are looking at womens shoes you can sometimes hear kids screaming from that awful play space in the mall. Management needs to move that or glass it in because its just awful and completely ruins that end of the mall, only good thing is now that Macys closed Lord & Taylor is the only worthwhile store at that end of the mall, if you are not going there then dont even bother going that direction in the mall.

Store is nice and I still enjoy stopping by, however, majority of clothing is now their own brand. Much smaller section of other brands such as RL. Their clothes are nice but a little expensive for store brand.

Lord & Taylor is a great store. I enjoy buying there for my 5 yr old daughter. However, there are times when some of their workers are useless and rude for real. Overall, though I normally have a good experience!
