My husband bought a ring for me for Christmas and it already has a chip in it and I have all the paper work and reciepts and the lady said I need the original box not papers and reciepts to get it fixed under warranty? This will be the last time I purchase anything from here EVER! She dismissed me! What does a box have to do with it lol?!
