I wish I can give this negative stars. I have shopped in so many Swarovski stores and happened to come by this one by accident. The staff is very unhelpful and have hidden policies. They just operate however they want. I wanted to make a return and magically they have a policy that this can only be done at the same store! What??? How can a company like Swarovski allow them to work I dont even know. I trudged all the way to this store and brought in an original receipt and they still refused to accept my return (mind you within 14 days.) All I got back was an attitude. Take my advice and the peoples below vvvv DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Although other reviews may say to "never come again" or that "the staff werent helpful", I completely disagree. The store is always very clean and has welcoming staff. The manager Vlad, always has a smile on his face and helps me every time. He spends his time helping me find what I like and will always show me options to fit what I am looking for.I prefer going to this location over others for sure. I have been coming to this location for a while and besides finding the newest merchandise, I always leave happy. Thank you Vlad and staff.

This place is absolutely amazing and the staff is really helpful and everything is beautiful. The most amazing part was when the staff worker was wrapping up the bought item as a present / gift, the work was satisfying and the place is amazing I have no words to explain how happy I am with this store

0 customer service, i wish i could give them no stars, very rude and unhelpful staff, God forbid you have a problem, all the hidden policies all of a sudden appear, do not shop here! Better off ordering online!!!
