Worst Forever 21 I have ever been to In My Life. The employees are totally incompetent and undertrain. Every guest took about half an hour. Just standing in line I saw about 5 guests leave. Then when I got up to the counter the disaster got worse. The guy kept fiddling with his hair.Then I asked a question about the visa card which he or his coworkers couldnt answer so they call the manager and even she didnt know. Question was(I have the store card is it possible for me to apply for the visa card even if it cancels out the store card?) . Eventually I was told to call and find out. Then I had a $5 coupon and that incompetent guy didnt know how to put it in. Everything was so frustrating I wanted to cry. After spending $152 I went through all that and guess what that was not the end. As I was walking through the door the alarm went off. How long and embarrassing the walk back to the register was. Im never going back there. He put everything in one bag I had to ask him to double it.

Place is insane. Completely disorganized & in a disarray. Cant find anything. Place is very busy with 3 cashiers open . the line was around the corner. Cant shop there. The Hicksville forever 21 is fabulous

Very hot in the store. Temperature was so high that I was sweating the entire time. To be honest this alone makes me not want to return. Otherwise, just a regular run of the mill F21. 2 stories.

This forever21 is very cool but i think the music is too loud and the lines are too long thats becuase so people pay in change and the be like 75 $ -__- but the clothes and sales are awsome :))))

This place is so messy and unorganized. I found blood on one of their bras, hanging on a rack of t-shirts. Disgusting!
