Taylor, in the Perfumes Department, was absolutely fabulous and delivered an impeccable customer service, which made up completely for the unpleasant experience that occurred a day before, because of an unprofessional and unfrjendly employee in the jewelry section (an older lady with blonde hair) Taylor offered me various suggestions, was courteous and knowledgeable, kind and genuinely interested in helping me.

Absolutely, horrendous place, treat their employees like crap, overworked, theres only like 1 employee on the second floor trying to do like 8 jobs, place is going out of business, end the pain and close it already, oh and they do shady things to their employees ( who only make minimum wage) watch out for COLLEEN!

The mens department is great! Many selections from socks to shirts. The suits are great and the sales are amazing as always. Way better than any retail store in the Trumbull Mall.

Nice store. I put something on hold one time and came back the next day to purchase them. They lost the clothes I put on hold. Wasted the time shopping. :(
