Rob is a GEM and his team is incredible! The mix of client service, knowledge and most importantly; value, are unmatched here. Initially recommended by a friend who was already a Labelle enthusiast, to see if they could help build an engagement ring. Felt I was in good hands immediately, they addressed all my concerns and educated me further, through the process. Ring came out better than I could have hoped...and could not believe the value I received, versus the other recommended NYC jewelers. Rob & team are best of both worlds, with the knowledge of those on 47th street and their stone sourcing abilities, but with the benefits of a local jeweler pricing and truly genuine in care for their customers. Living a block from the jewelry exchange and having done my homework, I understood how incredible the offering at Labelle Jewelry is. They won a lifetime customer!

There arent enough words that I can write about how great they are. For them its not about just one sale, they will become your next best friends from the first time you stop by their shop. They will accommodate your every need in every way they possibly can. I live 45 miles away and I still take the trip out their store every time we need anything. Their prices are so reasonable, you can go ahead and shop around but you will come back to them. I have recommended to all my family members and everyone loves them and keep returning to them. They do deserve the A++++++ the other reviewers have given them, and I give him an A++++++ also. Please do keep up the great work, and bravo for being great people. We do consider you friends first.

Ask for Al, Al has handled my wedding bands, wedding gifts, and all my personal jewelry. He not only provides expeditious and professional service, but I have yet to speak to a jeweler that can match his price points for the quality of product being purchased. I have been working with Al since 2015 and have recommended NUMEROUS family and friends to him who all give me feedback with the same sentiments as I had mentioned earlier. I am also familiar with several professional athletes that deal with Al because of his imaginative and creative ability to produce any custom pieces you can imagine. Labelle Jewelry is the only place I will go to for beautiful jewelry as they always carry nothing but the best quality. They are able to also custom design any and everything possible. I always receive compliments everywhere I go, especially on my custom designed cross specifically created by Rob. The diamonds on the pieces Ive purchased are very high quality and are always sparkling in any light. Also, if you need a watch dont ever buy directly from a regular retail store as Labelle is able to get any watch at a lower price. Overall, its always a pleasant experience to work with the family and always enjoy adding on to my collection of fine pieces. They never disappoint! Highly recommend!

Grade AAA!!! Was nervous about buying an engagement ring and not knowing exactly what I wanted to get. Rob helped me create something that looked amazing, was in my price range, and was a show stopper. He know a lot technically and also gave great perspective on how to spend my money right and get the best deal possible. I was extremely happy with the whole situation and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Found a very reasonably priced halo semi-mount setting for my girlfriends engagement ring on LaBelles Etsy page. Contacted Robert and he agreed to put the setting on layaway for me with a 40 percent initial deposit. I had bought the center stone for the ring elsewhere, but Robert set it for me for free after I had paid off the setting. The finished ring is absolutely incredible— a true work of art. Ive ordered a ring a week before Valentines Day but have not recieved it three weeks later . It says I can check the status but it does not show anything but the prices when I click the link . Its very disappointing that I have not gotten it . The order may even have been lost. I have an order confirmation too. I recommend not ordering anything online because you may not get it until a month later or not even at all. Very disappointed
