Excellent service! Mehran is an expert in his trade. John is very helpful and pleasant. I had a chain repaired and the jewler even pointed out a potential future problem with the chain and repaired it. I made a fine diamond purchase and was so pleased how Mehran went into such detail on the diamonds. Very impressed with his high tech technology and expertise. I felt secure and Confident with my purchase and knew that I got an excellent deal. Quality is key when purchasing jewelry and Cyrus Jewlers provides that at the highest standard. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with Cyrus Jewelers. I didnt have a huge budget to work with but we found the perfect engagement ring. We were visiting NJ from Florida and decided to take a drive to take a look. Great store. Nice people. John was a huge help and made the whole experience a happy one. 3 day turn around from Payment, sizing and delivery to Florida. In time for a birthday proposal. Couldnt be happier.

Excellent customer service from all of the staff especially John and Mehran. My mother left me her diamond wedding rings and I noticed a diamond was missing on the wedding band. The jeweler, Mehran, took time to explain the options I had. When I picked up the rings I noted the outstanding workmanship, the rings looked brand new and I will be able to wear them without fear of losing more diamonds.
