I am very upset after speaking to 2 representatives, (Terrance) and Manager, named Demond at the Woodbury Commons Zales store. I explained to them that I purchased a "Persona" bracelet and 3 charms less than 60 days ago and 2 of my charms which have garnet stones and diamond accents on the other are all falling off!!!! I didnt think to save the receipt and the representative from the store flat out told me that I would not be able to get a full refund unless I have a receipt. I know they can pull up my purchase through my phone number and my credit card that I used and they still told me NO!! I am curious to know if Zales even cares if I will be a repeat customer or not. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! NOT WORTH THE TIME I SPENT!! THIS IS GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The lady almost sold my bf the Vera wang ring but Im a size 3.5. I told another jewler that he likes the ring; they said it wouldnt be able to be sized because the diamonds would pop out. Hm, it would be nice for the sales person to tell that to my bf?? That wouldve been helpful to know.

The sale me a Rolex for ladies called the mother pearl as new one for $11400,00!after 35 % discount but when I want to Rolex store in Manhattan I find out that watch is old style and has been use before

This store was always pretty mediocre. The prices werent great and it was understaffed. They are doing construction on it now so its temporarily closed.
