Park Avenue South Couture Boutique was an hour and a half drive for us, and worth every minute. We were looking for a prom dress and had larger stores in our area but they did not match the consistent top-notch quality and customer service we found at Park Avenue. The dresses are extremely well organized; each aisle has a mannequin at one end displaying what type of gowns are on those racks - two piece, form fitting, mermaid, etc., so you do not have the frustration of trying to sort through a mishmash of styles. Sizes are clearly divided also. Or, you can save a lot of time by entrusting yourself to the very capable staff. We were assisted by Karen, who was encouraging and upbeat without ever being pushy. She was very engaging and confidently reassuring with our shy teen. Karen was able to assess at a glance which styles would be the most flattering, so we had a large choice of excellent dresses, with no clunkers. She was clearly working very hard, assisting numerous girls, yet she made all the girls feel special and listened to. In addition, she skillfully helped us reach a win/win where both parent and teen agreed on what seemed "perfect," which can be tough. What had been up to that point a very arduous day at another shop (and not the first day of looking, either) became easy and enjoyable at Park Avenue South. I highly recommend them and would go back in a heartbeat. I only wish we had found them sooner!! They also have a seamstress for any needed alterations. If you are debating whether to try this store, I think you will love it.

I stopped in Park Avenue South a week before my National level pageant as I was still on the hunt for the perfect gown. I was greeted by the owner Nick, who immediately stopped everything to pull dresses for me to try on. Nick and his sales associate were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure I found the "perfect" dress. Given the short turnaround time before I left for Nationals, Nick asked the seamstress to come in on her day off to ensure my gown fit flawlessly and every bead/stone was secure in place. I was truly treated like a queen and cannot wait to grace the stage at the Mrs. United States pageant in my gown from Park Avenue South Boutique. Thank you to Nick and his team for an amazing experience. It was such a pleasure to work with you all!

WOW! The first word that came out of my mouth when i walked into this Boutique!! They have so many dress choices for different sizes. After going through an agonizing day of trying to find the "perfect dress", I was about to go home until, this store came across the internet. I was in the area so why not check out the place! BEST DECISION EVER! I was greeted by this wonderful lady named Lucia along with the dashing Karen (she is an EXPERT at finding the perfect dress!) who both took their time and picked out dresses for me until "the one" was found! The owner Nick is such a sweet guy who took his time to speak with my mom and I, even though he was busy. Thank you all for helping me and i HIGHLY recommend this place 110%!!!!

They were absolutely wonderful! Nick has a wonderful team that will help you find the right look for you. The ladies are patient & honest. My daughter had her quinceañera dress ordered thru them & altered as well. Absolutely beautiful! The alteration was done perfectly. My wife & mother also had dresses picked out & altered. Even after my wife had a dress picked out on her previous visit before getting altered another dress was shown to her which was even more beautiful. They really know their business & are absolutely fairly priced.

Upon entering the owner was very nice and welcoming, he let us choose our own styles and dresses. the staff was very attentive and friendly. One complaint i have are the dresses are mostly for petite women. "They run small" is what the boss told me . So if your a size 16 and up .. DONT EVEN BOTHER ! The staff tries to make a sale even if the dress doesnt fit you and are very indirect with how the dress looks on you , I was told Im a size 24 ! c;early something wasnt right... Also Overpriced.

was never treated in another store the way i was treated by Park Avenue South....rude staff..... we purchased a dress and had a problem with it. I asked if I could exchange the dress, it was not worn and it still had the tags on it. I did not want any money back ....they will not exchange. they had no interest in keeping a customer happy. i would not recommend this store. lord n taylor has awsome dresses and will work with you if you have any issues.

The ladies at Park Avenue are extremely wonderful. They are patient and give you their full attention. They give honest opinions and will do anything to help find your perfect dress. They do not rush customers or encourage any decisions. I will definitely be coming back to Park Avenue for any other events. Thank you for a great experience!!

They were rude to my bridal party and nasty to the groomsmen. They took the measurements for the men and NONE of their suits fit. They do not do alterations on premises and their prices are fairly high. I wanted to avoid chain places but now Im kicking myself for not going to a Mens Warehouse and a Davids Bridal instead.

Karen was wonderful! We traveled all the way from Wildwood Crest. It was totally worth the drive! The dress was amazing and within our budget. Everyone at the boutique gave us personalized attention. It was an awesome experience! We will be back for our senior prom shopping next year. Thank you!

I purchased my daughters Sweet 16 dress at Park Avenue South and had a great experience. Everyone in the store was very helpful. She tried on lots of dresses and they were all beautiful. The dress came in exactly when Nick said it would and I had no problems picking it up. Would go there again.

Best dress store Ive been to by far! Everybody was so helpful and they have an amazing selection. They dont push you into buying anything like most other places and are constantly offering their help in finding other similar styles. Made prom dress shopping a much less stressful experience!!!

I walked in and was meet by a rude gentleman who said we only do appointments. I asked if I could just look and again was told they only do by appointment. Will never step foot back in the door. Period.
