My fiance and I had an extremely rude and disappointing experience!!!!! The sales representative helping us informed us that my fiances ring size was not available in the store, but she would order it and it would be available for pick up 2 days later. When we arrived at the store 2 days later, we were told our sales representative wasnt around. (We had called multiple times trying to reach her for a follow up prior to this). After about 10 minutes, she came out of the back of the store. The next thing we were told is that the ring was never ordered, and was not available anywhere in the United States!! Mind you be that we live abroad 20 hours flight away and were only home for the holidays for a short period of time prior to our wedding. After we left the store, we quickly located the ring on Cartier website in the size we were looking for. The ring was indeed available and could be shipped to us in 5 days. Very rude and unhelpful representative...
