Worst customer service ever. I love sephora and have always shopped here. Until I had a problem with a fragrance certificate. Nobody was able to help me. The store told me to call sephora customer service. When I called they told me they couldnt help me because they only deal with online orders. I called the store and a manager told me to go back to the store and they would help me. I went to the store and the manager was rude. Her body language was completely unfriendly. Didnt offer any solution. Didnt even bother to see what she could do. Worst day of my life in this store.

Came to this location for the first time and had such a bad experience. When I asked for help no one was available & when finally someone came to help she had a nasty attitude. I am a professional makeup artist & when I come to a Sephora, I come and spend at least $800-1,000 I expect good customer service & for your damn makeup to be on point not jacked up. Ill stick to Sephora in Manhattan where the staff are nice willing to help & their makeup is on point!

This is location is super clean & organized. Really large store as well. The staff is attentive. Some people dont like that but they make shopping there pretty easy, even if its crowded.
