I am thrilled with my experience with Golden ASP. My 18 year old daughter and I went to the shop for a Ball dress. The selections were many and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Minta tried on MANY gowns and everyone was patient. They worked hard to discover what she wanted and proceeded to bring gowns that were unique and beautiful. My daughter was treated excellent! She did find a perfect dress! The dress was a special order for her size. I met with the owner and placed our order. I was told the dress would arrive within two weeks, shipped to my home address. The dress arrived in just one week and is in PERFECT condition! A BRAND NEW GORGEOUS DRESS which is a perfect fit! I am a business owner myself and urge you to disregard the negative posts in the reviews. Golden ASP exceeded our expectations and 100% satisfaction was achieved. The price was in line with the exceptional quality of the dress. I am 100% happy with the store, staff and owner. My daughter is thrilled and cannot wait to wear this for her special evening! It is truly unique and one of a kind! 5 GOLD STARS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thank you Golden ASP for a job well done!!!

I would never go back there again. The sales assistant was somewhat helpful. She just pulled the dresses for my daughter, she never really helped us. The dress my daughter fell in love with came in different colors and she never bothered to tell us. I found out by seeing another customer in the dress in a.different color. My daughter wanted the dress in the color, the sales assistant acted like that was a big deal to have done. The sales assistant ended up leaving before we did, she had another job she.had to be at. Another associate rang us up, she was the worst!!!!! I totally felt as though I was bothering her. she didnt help us with our accessory purchase, she just pulled the jewlery trays out and left us alone. I paid for the dress and earrings with cash and again, I felt I got an attitude. The store had to special order the dress and it took longer to get in then what I was told when we ordered it. were going to pick the dress up today. hopefully all goes well.

My daughter and I had been shopping for prom gowns all day and all over town. Our experience with Golden Asp was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by a really friendly and helpful young woman who immediately directed us to my daughters size area. We were then met by a woman named Leslie who helped us find a fitting room and was so helpful in finding us more dresses and sizes and discussed jewelry and options for alterations. We are very happy with our purchase and I am SO GLAD we went. Prices are good, but quite frankly, I didnt hesitate to pay it because of the customer service we received. They had TONS of staff on hand and everyone seemed happy to help even though it was CRAZY BUSY. Also, I was nervous that we would have needed an appointment, but we didnt! I also love how they check your dress, school and grade and wont sell the same dress to the same prom. It really was a perfect experience!

If i could give them zero stars I would. This place sold me a defective dress and tried to pretend like it was in good shape and the dress was suppose to look they way it did. After 2 days of buying the dress i had to go back to the store and show them the dress and they said it was in perfect condition even though i was looking right at it. The dress looked like it been used. They would not give me my money back even though the dress was ripped and they tried to cover it up buy gluing it onto another part of the dress. There service was awful and the store manager argued with me constantly. There is always something they have to fix about the dress , like glue something down or stitch something down. If the dress was brand new you wouldnt have to fix it. This place will definitely try to hustle you out of your money.

This is an online order, the same company, though! Just want you all to know how they treat online customers: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They don’t actually know what they are selling. They are passing on wrong information to the customers. They have ZERO KNOWLEDGE about fabrics and what the dresses are made of. That was super important to me in relation to size choice. They told me the dress is NOT STRETCH so I ended up with the dress that is too big. And than they ignore you, absolutely ignore you if you want to exchange, even though that was their fault I orderd the wrong size. I can’t say enough how disappointing it is…..It doesn’t matter that the dress looks nice – CUSTOMER SERVICE they offer is BELOW ANY STANDARDS.

The Golden Asp was great. Though the store is not exactly huge...theyre selection is great. I picked out two gowns and that was all I needed. I decided to go with my first selection. The staff is friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. They stick with you from your entrance to your purchase at the register - helping you in and out of 10 lbs gowns and stuffing you in the dresses seemingly impossible to fit. It was great. After all the stores in Philadelphia that I visited, this is where I found my prom dress.

I had a wonderful experience at the Golden Asp. The sales girl was extremely helpful to my daughter and I. It was so crowded and she still managed to make us feel like we were her only customers, which we were not! She helped us pick out the dress, made sure nobody had it from my daughters school, and helped us pick out accessories. I couldnt believe we were actually able to look through the dresses ourselves. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

If it were possible to give them zero stars I would do so. Very rude customer service and please read all of the fine print on their dresses which you can find in random areas like on the back of your receipt AFTER you pay or in some of the dressing rooms , there are no refunds or anyway to get your money back if you have an issue with the dress or even change your mind! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please shop around for other places!

My daughter and I had an awesome time trying on dresses at the Golden Asp! Their selection of dresses to choose from is by far the best of any stores we went to! Thank you Golden Asp for your assistance in trying on and choosing the most gorgeous prom dress for my daughter Grace to wear to her prom! I found an adorable dress at Golden Asp when looking at their online selection. I went into the store and was greeted immediately and the salesperson knew exactly what dress I was looking for. I dread going into stores and being ignored when I need help, but she was very helpful in assisting me even though the store was busy and made it a smooth process. I will definitely go back.
