If I could rate negative stars I would. They make you pay in full for a messed up dress (ripped seams & missing jewels... etc) that they tell you they will fix it for an additional price. Not only did they not fix half the things they said they would, what they did alter, was done VERY poorly. When you bring this to Barbaras attention she claims that if the dress isnt the way YOU want it, YOU have to bring it back to get it fixed. My sister and I spent well over a total of 1200$ in this damn store between dresses, alterations, shoes, and purses. Its now two days before our prom and we are both very unsatisfied because they expect us to drive all the way back (after having been there twice) so that she can do what I ALREADY paid for, the right way this time. A literal sham of a business, dont go here!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible experience their dresses in stock are either in small sizes or extremely large 5-6X and very cheap looking. Very few in the usual sizes women wear so you are forced to try on a dress either too big or too small and try to invision how it would look in your size because they will not other it unless you buy it. So if you dont like it your stuck. Plus they push alterations very hard. Dresses range from $299-600 and like I said they are very cheap looking. Plus the saleswoman had no idea what she was doing.

Wow, what mixed reviews...I had a very good, positive experience and was thrilled not only with the selection, but with the service as well. Ive been bringing my daughters in this store since they were little girls. So it was a thrill to finally buy our first prom dress here. I paid way more than I set out to, but it was an exquisite burgundy Jovani mermaid dress and looked stunning on my daughter. Luckily she didnt need any alterations. Barbara was very accommodating. I will definitely come back.

Would give no stars if i could. This place is just awful. The owner is disgustingly rude, her dresses in store are shabby and ripped with the gems falling off. Would never shop here again. On top of everything, she will order the wrong size dress so she NEEDS to tailor it for an additional fee. Nothing but an unpleasant experience every time I give this woman another chance, 3 times is enough. This store should be out of business, Ive never recieved such terrible service in my life.

Buyer beware!!! We bought my daughters prom dress here; had the alterations done on site they were terrible...she completely ruined the dress. When approached the owner just ignored us. We ultimately wound up going somewhere else and now we are stuck with a botched dress...tried to take back the shoes we bought and were given store credit. The worst customer service ever!!!! Dont do it

I came in today looking for a dress for my sweet sixteen and there was a young lady and she was very polite and helpful.I have came in before and these older women were very rude and acted like I was going to steal from them.They need to realize that in order to recieve more service and customers they need to treat their customers with more respect!

I agree with the other posters .. at first glance there are hundreds of dresses to choose from.. the saleslady was ok, but one dress had a noticeable flaw (a pull) and I asked her if she had another dress like this one with no flaw .. she said she would give me a discount

i really loved the atmosphere and lay out of their new location, the sales associates were friendly and most importantly were not pushy and helped me find the dress i was looking for in my budget. i highly recommend this p;ace for any event.

I bought a dress here for a wedding as I was a bridesmaid. I was fitted wrong and so my dress came in in a completely wrong size. I called a number of times to try and sort the issue out and received no calls back. Not impressed.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to going to this store. The customer service is the worst ever and the dresses are way overpriced for the poor quality that they are. The manager very nasty. Dont waste your time!!!!

All the employees were absolutely amazing (especially Barbara). And the atmosphere was really enjoyable, with other highschoolers complimenting others on the dress being tried on. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I have been buying dresses from this store for years for my daughters and their proms and sweet 16s. The staff is always wonderful and courteous. I recommend this store for any formal dress you may need. Love them!

Becareful they switch sizes when you order to have you pay for alterations.. Look at the size tag when you order a dress it glued. If you order and they say you must have lost weight they are LYING!!
