Ive been a customer at this particular Hermes for about a year now and I am impressed with the service and staff. Ive always been treated with courtesy and respect even when I look less than chic. For a high end boutique they are less than snobbish and not intimidating which is very nice and I dont mind purchasing most of my Hermes products here. Other boutiques in this mall could learn from the H staff. Its a nice feeling when I go in and everyone recognizes me, even remembering my name as well as feeling like more than another customer when they follow up after purchasing items. I always leave here with a smile on my face, even if I dont leave with what I was looking for. You have a happy customer for life.

I called about an item that I ordered for in-store pick up, and the salesperson I spoke to was very curt and uninterested in helping me. Im disappointed because Ive experienced excellent customer service at Hermes in the past.
