The playtime boutique was the first toy store I had ever been, and i love it. Me and my wife have been here numerous times to shop for toys, and her cute little nervous butt deep down gets a thrill from shopping at toy stores with me..lol. They have a clearance rack with awesome deals which i always hit up. To be honest one of our favorite toys came from the clearance rack and was a full 50% off. Definitely a return customer and appreciate the selection available. Nothing but a pleasure..pun intended lol

Hey Shofield... REALLY? They wouldnt accept your return? Think about the Merchandise, Honey! Would YOU wanna get someone elses return?!! Store is clean and presented artistically. .. some GREAT stuff! And the employees are helpful and dont look at you like your scum because you purchased an anal plug and leather spank strap. I m buyin what YOUR sellin! Dont approve? Go work at Wal-Mart! Playtime ALL the time!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, creepy employees, dingy interior, and limited inventory. I was discriminated against as well humiliated in front of other customers. Owner needs to get off his moral high horse. Youre running a sex shop buddy!! Definitely would not recommend this place.

Bunch of crooks. Sold me expensive toy that was broken. Wouldnt accept returns or even offer any kind of assist or sympathy for their shoddy merchandise. Ruined my Valentines Day.
