I was surprised when I went there and most of the African American women knew the guy behind the counters name as Mike. Mike seemed to know a lot about any type of extensions or weave. He knew which hair could withstand heat, color, how long to leave it in for, or what type of hair. Women were calling 1B, 2, 4, Ombré and he didnt miss a beat. The only drawback for me was the hair was somewhat expensive and it was kept behind the counter. Mike was the only one working the entire store and he only had a limited amount of styles and brands. Although a nice small store, its somewhere I would only go in a pinch.
