I go in for a refund to change a red flat iron and the cashier (short ponytail & glasses) was immediately miserable with me. The cashier demanded my name and phone number, to the point she is almost loud with me. However she was very sweet and pleasant talking to her Spanish costumers. This I know this because Im mixed and speak fluent spanish (but look nothing like a hispanic). Ive been going there for 3 years and nobody has ever been that rude and miserable. Very sad to see. Hope she`s not there and that miserable next time .... because it wont be just a Google review shell be reading.

As far as experience at Sallys unfortunately I always have this miserable old lady check me out at the register. Im here now and she is giving me hard time again. Mary Ann is her name. This one is the closest one to me and sometimes if I drive by and see her I go to the one 20 minutes away. She gives me a hard time if Im exchanging , returning a defective item, and even buying items and wanting to use my professional card. She is good at her job she always looks for coupons for me without me having to ask. Unfortunately her personality really rubs me the wrong way.

The lady with the short ponytail and glasses, Alma I believe her name was, was unbelievably helpful. After making a very big oops with my hair, I came back to Sallys desperate to fix it. As a non professional who couldnt afford to go to the beauty salon, I needed a lot of guidance. We were given such wonderful advice and look forward to returning when its time to color again!
