If its crazy busy the pharmacy has actually more than once had the nerve to try and ring me up for and hand me some other persons medication. Then fight with me saying IM WRONG! Im no super genius but I know my own name and what medicine im picking up for myself thank you. I went to the pharmacy again on several occasions there have been 5 workers behind the counter chit chatting with one another as I alone stood at the counter to pick medication up trying not to be too loud when trying to get anyones attention. I finally yelled at them that j needed to get my things and j was told "never raise your voice at all of us again. You yelling will only make me work slower and youre being rude doing it because you wouldnt like it if I yelled at you would you." I was astonished that the pharmacist chastised me for trying to get their attention so they would do their jobs instead of standing in the far back corner casually talking and making jokes. She then purposely played the game of "is this one yours?" When theyre all clearly labeled with names. My worst and final time at that pharmacy was when I needed to get things filled and also pick up some sudafed. When I asked the gentleman who was the pharmacist on duty he said he wouldnt sell me sudafed because I looked like I was doing drugs. I told him sorry, but no, Im not on drugs just very very ill so may I please get one box of sudafed and fill these prescriptions? Again, he said no sudafed for drug users on my watch and as he scanned what j needed filled into their computer systems he had the audacity to withhold 2 of my prescriptions written by my doctor saying "I knew you were a drug addict! You can fill these your insurance would allow it due to it being only 5 days till theyre due but I will not because you are just going to sell them for cash or do them all by next week" and tried to walk from the counter with them. I had to shout and get one of the people back there with him to get my papers back so I could bring them tomorrow when he wasnt working and get them filled then. My insurance approved the refills so he shouldve refilled them. But no he tried to run off with them and call me a drug addict or that I looked like I was on/using drugs. I told the manager on duty and she just kind of giggled and said hes just always got a stick up his butt. Overall because they actually have never had an issue with having all of the medications I need filled in the correct quantities and one very sweet, knowledgeable and extremely helpful cashier. Otherwise I would recommend anyone to try and stand in 200 line for minutes to get attacked by the other staff members present, that is if youre also ready for the verbal a use then its for you. If not, go to cvs. They may suck too but they suck way less than this specific Walgreen.

Not happy with the manager that was in the first aisle about on 1/15/15 how I was rushed off by him when I asked him if he knew if Walgreens carried a certain product. He was so rude!!!!!!! He said I never heard of it and walked away when it was clearly right behind him. :(. No longer a 24 hour store due to that it isnt as busy as it used to be. Not very convient any more!! Yesterday I did however get my photos done there and the elderly man who works there is very kind and patient and help me through my process very well and patiently. I was at the photo stand for about 45 minutes computer was a little slow. I just wanted to show my appreciation to this gentleman. He was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Walgreens photo department. I will be back!!

Never had a problem here. Staff has always been kind and helpful. The pharmacy has always gotten my meds together quickly. The checkout lines may get long at times, but they tend to open up the register at cosmetics when that happens. If you have a question about a product or if you cannot find something, ask a staff member, they will help, or have always helped me when I have.

MOST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN ESPECIALLY ONE WOMEN NAME GEETA HER ATTITUDE WAS LIKE AS IF SHE IS GIVING EVERYTHING FOR FREE FROM THE STORE. GOD KNOWS WHO GAVE JOB TO THIS WOMEN. SAVE WALGREENS FROM THESE KIND OF STAFF. LEARN RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER WALGREENS
