My experience with Dr Curtis at Red Bank Eye and her staff is unlike any other doctor’s office. The atmosphere of the office is quite peaceful and relaxing. Everything runs smoothly and on time. My wait to be brought in to the see the doctor is typically quite short. Dr Curtis is unique in that she takes time to explain every aspect of the eye examination process and why certain tests are necessary. Being one of her older customers I appreciate this. Each person involved in different aspects of the exam process is thoroughly professional and knows their role. If a patient needs contacts or new glasses Red Bank Eye is fully capable of arranging this at competitive prices. They ave a large selection of styles and brands. The Optical Manager Ty Choate is very flexible and always tries to make sure each customer is satisfied. There is no doctor or medical practice I could recommend more the Dr Curtis and Red Bank Eye.

Dr. Curtis and her entire staff are excellent. I have been a patient with Dr. Curtis going on 3 years. I highly recommend her office and services. Dr. Curtis is clear, professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and caring. She is the perfect blend of personal and professional. Dr. Curtis has treated me for eye infections successfully as well as getting me on the proper contacts for my eyes, which border on astigmatism and can be tricky. She took the time and patience to make sure that we found the right fit. Her extended staff is excellent. Ty provides great support and is just as patient in making sure clients find the right pair of glasses. I highly suggest Dr. Curtis and her office.

I highly recommend Red Bank Family Eyecare. I have been going there for over 3 years for my eye care needs and couldnt ask for a better experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Curtis is outstanding and genuinely cares for her patients. The location is great and I am so happy to be able to support an independent practice for my vision needs. This may have been one the most well run doctors offices I have ever experienced. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The office is comfortable, not cold. The staff contributes to that environment. The doctor is is highly knowledgeable, takes time to listen and thoroughly explains diagnosis and next steps. The staff at Red Bank Eye are friendly and get you in and out quickly. I visited due to an lingering eye infection. I was diagnosed by Dr. Thompson who explained why the drops from my prior doctor were not working and prescribed the correct drops. One week later I am all better and ready to wear my contacts again. I look forward to visiting for my yearly check-ups in the future! Keep up the great work!

They immediately aided me with a simple frame adjustment and nose-pad replacement...but to me, they were a lifesaver; as I couldnt find the pad size I required for my antique frames.
