The only place I get my glasses for the past 5 years. Once I found this optician I knew I wouldnt go anywhere else unless there was a compelling reason. So far, nothing has even made me consider going anywhere else. Everyone from the Optometrist to the optometry assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and patient and they turn a chore into a pleasurable experience. Ive dealt with a number of different staff members over the years and its clear they take care to hire only the best and train them well. Every aspect of the experience from reception to frame adjustment just goes perfectly smoothly. Recently I worked with Tatiana who is just a pure smile-inducing sweetheart and a pleasure to talk to. Her perpetual friendliness and smiling face is soothing and contagious and makes the experience unequivocally positive. The selection of frames is great and the entire staff works tirelessly to ensure you get the frames and lenses that you really love. I have never had a better eyeware purchasing experience and I honestly cant imagine that there could be a better one. I am very particular about my eye ware and even with someone like me they are patient and never make me feel like Im a bother or too picky. They never try to rush me through the process and even when Im going back and forth for far too long between the final 2 frames, they are still reassuring me and telling me to take my time. If they can make someone as persnickety as I am feel at ease with deciding on a pair of glasses, I have no doubt that most other people will be thrilled too.

Dr. Butler and staff are knowledgeable and professional, and do their work with respect and compassion!! I was diagnosed with keratoconus after 2 years of vision problems, and was referred to Vision Plus for specialized lenses. Dr. Butlers amazing and caring staff, especially Dawn, stepped in with devotion and compassion and spent a tremendous amount of time fighting with my insurance company to cover the full cost of these expensive lenses. After many weeks and a ton of effort they succeeded!!! I finally got fit for lenses and I can see clearly for the first time in years!! Thank you Dr. Butler, Dawn, and the entire Vision Plus staff!

I had a great experience at Vision Plus. Never owned glasses before and they walked me through the process and helped me find the perfect perscription and frames. My eye doctor was very kind and explained everything I needed to know in a simple yet thorough manner. The staff is fantastic there as well, they guided me through choosing glasses and made it extremely enjoyable. Recently went back and had my glasses readjusted and they were very welcoming and happy to help. 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up! Keep up the good work :)

I been having issues with my eye sight for many years now and after many eye exams i never achieved optimal vision after an exam at lens crafter i was diagnosed with a condition call keratoconus they then reffered me to dr butler here at vision plus and after the eye exam with dr butler i was amazed at the results i never had vision as clear as it is now words cant explain how amazing my vision is i highly recommend dr bulter and his staff here i wouldnt go anywhere else thanks doc for the 20/15 hd vision

When I arrived for my appointment the Girl told me I didnt have an appointment and even though there was nobody in the store and they could have done the appointment because the optician was there. They are light weight, flexible, hypoallergenic and they customized my look! Love my New Glasses!! Thank you for all your help! I will definitely come back!

From the get go, the staff is wonderful. Efficient and the doctor is kind and will go out of his way to make sure your experience is the best. My only caveat is I wish there were more of a selection of designer frames. However, they will bend over backwards to make sure you get frames that you love.
