Horrible customer service. Have had numerous problems with the people that work there and the products (contacts and glasses) that I have purchased there. Make sure you do their job for them and demand to use your insurance other wise they wont use it and youll end up paying full price. They are incapable of following directions and lie for each other to try covering up for their mistakes. If you look young (I am 19) they will treat you like youre an idiot and wont take you seriously. Waste of time and money, definitely never going back there (which they made quite clear that they do not care about).
