The owner is excellent, but hes often not present, as he has other stores to attend to. Unfortunately, the customer service is just so-so in his absence. You will stand in the showroom and feel invisible until the help is ready to work with you. A simple acknowledgment and friendly "Ill be with you as soon as I help this customer" is all it takes. Ill gladly wait the required 15 - 20 mins or come back later. The lack of acknowledgment shows you dont value my business and as a result, you wont receive it. There is a lot of competition in this town.
