Loyal customer now for few years. Ivan and Sweta [Sh-weta] have never disappointed. Have trusted them to handle everything from holiday cards to sensitive legal faxes. For 15 years I have been a UPS 2026 Store client and this is by far the best customer service experience to date. Both administrators continue to prove that I am valued as a customer and not just a number. Grateful for their hard work and reliability over the years.

Dear, Ms. Patel: Get a new job if you are that unhappy working at UPS! Went in to ship a package couldnt believe how rude she was toward customers. Constantly sighing. Maybe she was having a bad day but that cannot be an excuse to treat customers horribly.
