The manager, Dashia Johnson was very rude to me and my family. We simply asked her a question about a pair of jeans and she completly ignored us and then later gave us a huge attitude. I then asked a very nice employee working and she answered my questions politely and kindly! This manager should not be working there and treating her customers with that kind on disrespect.

The customer service is really bad at this store. My girl friend did an exchange here for her previous purchase in other state while traveling. The manager ignored her questions and just left after he done with that. Even no words for a simple question like "is that all set?"

Nice store, with plenty of room to walk between the displays. Both the young man and young woman who helped us out on 3/28 were very helpful and polite. We will gladly shop here again.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE....you could just go to Walmart instead of buying clothing here.Nearly $35 for a nice sweatshirt when I could just go to Walmart and get a better one for about $10

Never had problems with any other abercrombie stores, the manager was a young lad who behaved bad. In my opinion they have good quality but lack good customer service.
