Seems I dealt with the same rude & unhelpful employee as everyone else. I bought an item on eBay, and agreed with the seller to send it back. I sent it back to the return address given on the original shipping label. It turned out that the return address was that of the UPS Store it had been shipped from. When it arrived, the operator called me. She said they could hold it if the addressee (seller) agreed to pay a fee for pickup. I asked her to hold it while I contacted the seller. She was very anxious to send it back to me and did so within hours, against my express wishes. The seller was agreeable and turned up afterwards to pick up his package and found it wasnt there. The original shipping label listed two addresses. When the package came back to me, I naturally shipped it to the second address. It turned out that second address was also the same UPS store. She called me again, this time I asked her to ship it to the seller. I told the her that I was willing to pay for it, but that I thought they should because the mixup was their fault in the first place. The operator became very angry at that point and refused to hold the package or ship it, either one. At which time I finally told the operator what I thought of their service in no uncertain terms. Given that the seller is a frequent customer, and that the package had originated at their store in the first place, I feel very strongly that the UPS Store had an obligation to facilitate the return. Now I have to pay a third time to send the same package back to the same person. 1) If the UPS store hadnt used their own address as the return address, this wouldnt have happened. 2) If the UPS store hadnt listed two versions of their own address, this wouldnt have happened. 3) If the UPS store had held it just a little while longer the first time, this wouldnt have happened. 4) If the UPS store had held the package or shipped it the second time, this wouldnt have happened. I accept responsibility for ONE of the mis-shipments. A little customer service would not have cost them anything, but their lack of customer service DID cost me money.

Went to this place to notarize a bunch of documents (about 22). Believe me when I say this is the worst UPS I have ever seen. The lady in the store wanted $5 for each signature on a document. For example, if you have 2 people signing the document, she would charge $10, even when she has to notarize it only once on the document. I have been to other UPS offices, particularly the one in Jersey City, NJ, and they are just fine charging on the basis of each notary seal. In this UPS, charge for copies of some of the documents was $10 (as against $5) - now this does not make any sense apart from the fact that they just want to extort people. She would also not notarize one side of a 2 sided document. I was still considering getting the work done as I had to apply for my sons passport the next morning, but the this one broke the bank: she wanted charge $10 for each copied sheet of passport (2 pages of passport get copied on each sheet you see!). With this, I promptly took my custom and left to check for other notaries. On top of all this, the attitude of the lady is unparalleled. I would stop using UPS if it wasnt for excellent experience I had at other offices. Tip for West Windsor residents: the UPS Plainsboro office charges $3 for each signature and each copy, including the passport copies. It is only 10 minutes away from this one. Hope this helps!

I have been using this store off and on for the last few years and am happy with the speed and service. I dont find the desk agents to be rude and I have purchased services from her in November 2016. I find her to be knowledgeable, thorough in her questions, and direct. I appreciate those characteristics greatly. Typically, Im dropping off packages with prepaid labels. On those occasions, I may wait until the desk agent if finished with a customer, but I am always asked if I want to leave packages before they start with the next customer, which is great. Ive done this twice in the since Oct 2016. I have shipped products, too. I do not know how the prices measure up against other UPS stores. I do know that you can use your AAA card to secure a discount. I know that Ive been treated professionally and that my packages have always been received as expected. Many people are used to Amazon Prime and other "free shipping" offers (I know I am). I understand the price shock but considering what is happening (overnight delivery to a place I dont feel like flying to), $20 for a letter seems fair. USPS and Fedex are competitively priced, but there are no deals there either. If you need speed and certainty, you will not get that for free.

Dont come to this store. First of all, its way overpriced and the people that work at this store dont seem to know what theyre doing. I asked an employee to make copies of personal documents, some of them were crooked and she threw them away without ripping in half, why would you throw copies of someones social security card with a name and number, their drivers license and not rip them too pieces? I asked the girl at the counter to rip them so NO ONE would find them and use them...only to be left with a blank stare. It didnt help that the manager didnt think it was a big deal either. They should know better. Months ago I went there for passport pictures. The person that took my pictures was very short and the pictures didnt look very good because you could only see from my chin down and not my entire face and ears. Seriously, I only go to this store because there isnt another store near by. This store is a WASTE OF MONEY and I hope I dont become a victim of identity fraud.

It is too bad I did not read that posted review first, I would have taken the time to drive to another location - the woman working at the store was not busy at all, and although she did not raise her voice to me at all, she was short, and seemed impatient and annoyed - if you are there to drop off a shipment with a pre paid label, they do not want to be bothered with you - I needed to make a copy and willing to pay for one, I was told $0.25 - but then I was directed to a machine to make the copy and it said 0.10 - she said when I asked, that is if you make it yourself - OK... Just the overall feeling was she was curt, and annoyed and argumentative - I could not wait to get out of there - and nowI am worried about my package - there should be peace of mind when you use UPS, not concern and worry. Go somewhere else!

AVOID THIS STORE. Came in on July 3rd to send a package 2 day / Saturday July 5th delivery. Described how important it was that the package arrive on Saturday. The employee told me only way to get it there was USPS priority Express for $33. Paid and discovered TODAY, JULY 5th that the package was never even picked up from the store. This is the 3rd horrible experience from this location. The only reason they deserve 1 star vs. 0 stars is because the employee today (different person) understood how wrong they were and gave me money back. BUT.. PACKAGE WONT GET THERE. Generally rude, and feel like customers have no other option so they treat you horribly and on top of that, they are not competent. AVOID THIS STORE
