Extremely overpriced! Their service is really poor! I should have seen other reviews before going there! I wanted to ship a package to Bangladesh. I wanted to use DHL option and it cost roughly 60$ to send this type of package to Bangladesh. When I went to their store, they said that it would cost 80$ to send it to Bangladesh. I got surprised and they almost started bargaining about it!! I googled through my smart phone and showed them that the cost should be around $60 for DHL option. They said that they could not ship it for less than $70. I was in a hurry and decided to send it for $70. They kept the package, received my money, gave me a purchase slip but did not give me a shipping label. They said that they had some other customers and they would process the package, i.e., generate the mailing label, ten minutes after I leave the store. 10-15 minutes after leaving the store, I received an email from UPS (not DHL)! It said that they had sent my package through UPS (not DHL) to Bangladesh! Apparently, UPS costs more than DHL if someone wants to send a package to Bangladesh. Thats why they charged me $70 instead of $60 and processed the package after I left the store. By using the more expensive option, they made more money out of the whole process. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I have been going to this store since the past 5-6 yrs. The man is nice but the lady there (an Indian lady) is the dictionary definition of rudeness. I biggest issue is when I go to drop off UPS packages, I NEED to ask for receipt. YES they are prepaid labels and I can track. SHE tells me EVERYTIME I ask for a receipt for a drop off package that I can track the shipment with tracking number. YES - but what if you decide to keep my package and NOT ship. WHAT IS THE damn proof that I even gave you package. The receipt is my proof that the package was dropped off. If you do not want to waste UPS paper for printing receipt, then quit UPS business and simply run other things in your store. Go to staples and learn what they do for UPS customers. Go to west windsor UPS and see what they do. Honestly, I prefer not to come to your store and usually give my business to west windsor store these days. But, what to do - sometimes I have to go to this store due to time issues. Worst customer service in the area.

Too bad I didnt read these reviews before I went to this UPS location! I told the man (who seemed to be the owner) I need a photo for a travel visa. After he took the photo and just prior to giving them to me, he told me it would be $21.98! I told him that my husband just had his photo taken for his visa at the UPS store in West Windsor and it was only $9.00 for 2 copies. He then told me he took 4 copies of the photo and I should have told him I only needed 2. Ive had passport photos taken at various locations for the past 25 years and I never had to mention how many, since they automatically give you the 2 required. Since I told him up front that this was for a travel visa, why would he print 4 photos except for the fact that he wanted to overcharge me?! He wont have another opportunity to get the best of me again.

First time sending a package and had a terrible experience. After realizing the shipping was way too overpriced to be true. I went back 10 minutes later to get the package back and a refund. But the lady refused saying it was already considered shipped and refunds were not possible, when I could see it laying in the corner. Went home pissed, and looked up on the UPS website and it said that they do offer refunds as long as it hasnt been physically shipped. Went back to the UPS to complain but by then they had already taken all the packages. edit: Talked to the UPS support and managed to get some money refunded but still not completely happy. In conclusion, the company is great but this location sucks. Bumping the stars up from 1 to 3 because online customer service was good.

Bait and Switch for Verizon Returns... What they do, is they actually rip off the label of the prepaid package Ive dropped off, and affix their own (perhaps to assess their own price to mail the package...) Whilst doing that, of course, Verizon expects to see the tracking # they preprinted for the package, and thinks the package was never returned.... I tried calling and getting the *ACTUAL* tracking number, and they say they are behind, and will call back in a few hours.. I had to call them back, and finally was told "they were behind" and were sending it today? Seriously, I dropped the package off 8 days ago! They are causing me to be possibly be charged a $99 return fee, due to their process.

(Written on behalf of my friend, Karen Zhou) This was, without a doubt, the worst experience Ive ever had at any UPS in the country. I went there for an FBI background check to get a VISA, a process that takes 2 minutes. When I arrived for my 12:10 appointment (scheduled online), I was told to wait continuously while other customers that arrived well after me were served first. I was finally assisted at 12:30. I think the employees were, to be straightforward, discriminatory. The clerk was Indian, and served all of the Indian men and women in the room first, regardless of when they arrived. I dont want to frequent a place that refuses to treat customers equally. I wont return.

This is the first time I am writing a bad review on any service. The store person never gave an estimate on the weight or the cost of the items to be shipped, when the package was picked up and he promised to send the package the next day and send an invoice through email.The package was held up for more than four days.And he send us an invoice without any details of the weight of the package or the cost, when asked he said, they dont have anything like that.I was heavily charged and am so very disappointed.

Its a hit or a miss depending on the mood of the associate I have been there and seen them in the phone and get yelled at for using the "wrong tape" Trying to tell me to buy a roll And there has been times where they would retape it cause they didnt feel like hustling me or someone else was in the store Its convenient to go here just keep the boxes for what you order and get a roll from them so they cant complain was my solution still always in and out never more than a minute

Stay away. Tried to charge me twice what the estimate in the website said. He explained that he charged me for needing to put my box inside a bigger box, together with the added weight and dimensions. It was a heavy box, but what sense would it make to put it inside another box? Only after threatening to dispute the charge on my credit card I got part of my money back. I hope this Indian fraudster will go out of business with his store soon. Will never go there again.
