Amateur night to say the least in the auto center. Went in for a 5 wheel rotation (Jeep) the service writer was lazy. His first response was, "why would you want to do that?" Well, full size spare, why not rotate it in? Next, from the writer was, "we just swap the fronts to the backs". I showed him how a proper 5 wheel rotation was done by just using google. He struggled to get it all down and communicate this with his tech. Ultimately, the wheels were rotated improperly and parts to my spare tire mount were missing. Piss poor to say the least. Now I see why they are going out of business.

Sears is [with out a doubt] the worst run store in all of retail. I dont know where to start. Right now I have a 3000.00 kenmore pro range sitting in the middle of my kitchen .sears has already sent 4 different people to install this range with no luck. They left a flexible connection tied in to a gas line.on the kitchen floor. The told me to call the store and tell them my problem. witch i did. Got another date to install.Again no show, I called again and was told I had no appointment. Plus everytime I called any number for sears I waited [on hold ] for 20 to 30 mins.

I will never shop here again and urge others not to as well! I bought a pair of jeans and later discovered that they had a stain that looked like gum residue. I brought my return and was first told by one employee that I can make an even exchange. I wasted the time to find another pair that was the same price and I returned to the same register. Another employee was there and refused to accept the exchange. I then spoke to the manager and he refused as well. Not only was my time wasted, but my money was as well. Never again!

Managers exact words were: "I dont care anymore." They just kept messing up, and when we would call to try and get things fixed, theyd give us the run-around and place the blame on other people (their contracted installers). In the end, we figured out the problem was THIS STORE. I will not do business here again. We eventually had to work right with their corporate office to get the situation rectified. This was not something I expected from such a well-known large business.

Had brakes done today, service center employees were great, but I was appalled that there was no air conditioning in the store........it actually felt as though the heat was on.....how uncomfortable for your customers as well as horrible working conditions for your employees...had planned to walk around Sears and shop while we waited...instead we shopped elsewhere..........hopefully this will be remedied asap

trying to get a lawnmower repaired that i purchased last year, automated service number says to go to store, automated store connects me to the service number, finally convince their system to give me a human the phone rings a number of times then hangs up on me, great way to retain customers piss them off then hang up on them

Dont even think about going to this store. Went there to parts department and they are closed on Thursdays and Sundays. When the lady behind the counter is there she is rude and pretty foul smelling. I dont know whats worse. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

My cousin and I were testing the quality of the beds and within a minute were told to leave. The worker assumed we were there as a "hanging-out spot". Honestly, I was looking for a new bed. I would not recommend coming here if they accuse customers of the worst.
