Ive tried visiting this location on two different occasions. While the staff are very friendly, and I was greeted promptly, I was left to wait 30-40 minutes with out speaking to someone who could help me upgrade my device. A woman with dark hair tried to help me but couldnt because she wasnt qualified as a sales person, and another young man who was very friendly tried to help me, but was still in training and again, couldnt help me. For the second time I had to leave this store with out accomplishing my goal. Ive been in retail sales my entire adult life, and rule number one, dont leave your customers unattended. I didnt see the store as being particularly busy, with only 3 other customers besides myself. The store associates had zero sense of urgency while I stood watching tv for half and hour. I was prepared to purchase today, and another store will get my business.

Nobody knows whats going on. We switched from verizon to AT&T because of the promotion, but it ended up being a mistake. We were not told every portion of the "promotion" and ended up paying for it. When we tried to resolve it everyone was telling us what we did wrong, but it was never the same problem. The staff is not very knowledgeable and I would avoid this place if possible. We switched back to Verizon and they were happy to help us without trying to rip us off.

I upgraded my phone here this afternoon and the service was great, as usual. Everyone was very kind and helpful with making sure my phone was set up properly and everything transferred from my old phone. Christian helped me and did great, as well as the other guys here!

service sucks here. they asked me to step out of their store to make a call to AT&T customer support. bad experience, spent 3 hours in the cold. this is not the store you want to go. seriously! !!
