If youre not going to stand at the register, please invest in a bell. The last 3 times I was in there, there was no employee anywhere near the register and I had to hunt one down. There were 3 employees in the building, all working on other tasks, and I get that, I work retail, but someone needs to stay near the register. By the time I got the attention of an employee, there were 2 other people waiting in line.

I had access to a Joann Superstore in florida for 10+ years, so this stores size and selection are underwhelming. The quality of their fabrics has noticeably declined over the past years. If Im going to spend my time and energy making a gift, I want it to stand the test of time

Nice place to shop for patterns,,but i cant understand why a pattern would be sold for $2 on your website and then $12 in store, seems like you dont like your walk in customers... staff was helpful.

The prices are very confusing, so make sure you pay attention when you check out. Their scrapbook section is also very limited. The store is also a bit messy and the employees are not very helpful.
