Oh, this is my vacation 30 minutes away from home.! I love the store with all little things that they sell such as unusual home decorations, unique candies, clothing,, their toppings, and many other unusual things. Their food is like sitting down at your table at home and my favorite is their vegetable soup and their fried chicken. But there are many other things that I eat there also and love every bit of it. I love that they serve Twinings tea there also. Lol . The staff greeting you, serving in the store, serving your food and especially the managers to see that everything runs smoothly, are tops. And, dont forget the cTheyre so convenient for me being right off of Route 80 on exit 30 Im about 35 minutes from there ; just long enough for me to think Ive been on vacation.

Before i even sat, i asked manager if they give military Discount and he said yes. We had our dinner and were going to order dessert however our waitress just disappeared. 10 min later she shows up and tells me that she will be right back. Next thing, She comes back with our check. "Hello, i was going to order dessert". Whatever, i went to pay my bill, asked them again about military discount and cashier said " No military discount" , she called the same guy who told me they give military Discount. He looked at my face and said, " i never said that" . I said its okay. You are proud to hang military posters and sell military gifts however you cant give local town hero 10% discount. Never ever going back to this place again.

As a Mom, I asked that we go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Well to short cut it, Im the only one who never got their meal. I left hungry. I waited patiently for 50 minutes, yes I kept track, The place was not busy. No lines, Many tables were available, so I dont understand why the cook could not manage to cook 2 eggs over medium in 50 minutes. Our entire party ate, (Except me) we got the check and the manager comes out with my meal as we are LEAVING.. He "made a big" deal about taking my eggs (which I never ate) off our check. We were leaving. There were many other issues from cold tea, cold pancakes for others etc... Awful experience from beginning to end. AWFUL management.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on the night of March 15th. Decided to have an early dinner there. I waited about 10 minutes to be seated, then placed my order. Waited probably another 5 minutes, listening to a screeching child at the table next to me the whole time. I asked the waitress about my drink. She said they had a problem with the fountain soda. I asked how long to wait, she said not long. I decided to leave about 2 minutes later. Service sucks here.

Good food its just a shame they only put on the west sides of new jersey we have to travel close to an hour just to go there. The one problem i do not like about this and all cracker barrels is you have to come in through the gift shop and it gets very crowded between the people waiting on line to be seated, the staff coming in and out,the people walking in from outside, people shopping and people paying for their dinner or items they shopped for.

Good comfort food, been here many times and only had one bad experience with getting served raw chicken and the manager never came out, they asked us if we wanted dessert after the whole thing happened (they asked if they can make it up to us after the chicken incident) and they still charged us for it. 1 bad experience kept me away for about a year, but have gone back since and had a good lunch. Its quirky and fun in its own way.

I love Cracker Barrel. The food here was great as usual, you really cant beat the price. The service was a bit off though, our waitress was kind, but forgetful and took her time. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like. The shop inside had great candy options, which my group partook in, after dinner. Our cashier was very friendly and upbeat. All in all, good experience, but I prefer the Mt. Laurel location.

I wasnt happy that I called to see how busy they were and they said seating was available right away only to find when I got there that I had to wait for 25 minutes with my kids touching everything in the girl shop. The service was excellent. My waitress was great. The food was great. Real home cooking. If you are looking for gourmet snobbery dont come here. Its a awesome family place and I will always return.

This is my second horrible experience. I had a gift card for $40.00. The bill was $25.00 when we went to the manager he kept the remaining $15.00 on card. Refused to give us credit towards another meal also. Never recommending at all and never ever going back to have the most horrible food and service. The gift shop is the only thing worthwile.

This is our go to spot anytime were heading out 80. Its a great location right off the highway, and although it seems to be a hit with travelers and locals alike with the volume that goes through on a regular basis wait times are not outrageous. The wait staff is friendly and attentive and the food is quick and prepared well.

Made it right before the midday brunch crowd, and service was great and fast. I was part of a party of two and was seated right away. Like every other location, food was great and portions were big. I would recommend getting here between 10a-noon right between the breakfast and lunch (brunch during the weekend) crowds.

Had a great time at the restaurant! It was my first time at cracker barrel and I was really surprised at how there was a store in the restaurant. It was really busy, but I only had to wait 10 minutes. The service was quick and fast, and the food was really good! I would definitely recommend and go back sometime soon!

Busy but not a long wait. Everyone pleasant. Had the beef campfire meal, delicious. Wish the corn on the cob was wrapped separate so gravy from meat wasnt all over it. Hard to eat the corn with all that gravy on it and no corn holders. The smores dessert looked fantastics. A perfect day yum!

Service was bad, ran out of dishes and server had no clue. Brought out our sides and then told us we had to reorder our main dish. Server was not friendly. Ive been too many Cracker Barrels but by far this did not live up to Cracker Barrel standards pass this one and go to the next .

I love Cracker Barrel, but this particular location brought me raw catfish twice. The good thing is they did comp myself and my co-worker lunch for the trouble, but it extended our lunch longer than we wanted. You can never go wrong with breakfast food, just stick to that here.
