Lots of special buys. Employees are helpful. Except for the one bakery employee on her way to break, that was complaining to a co-worker about something. She was blocking the way to get to bakery items and didnt make any effort to get out of the way even when the other employee tried to get her out of the way. Would have been a 5 star experience otherwise.

When I 1st came to Franklin store security wanted me to leave my book bag at customer service desk. As if I was going to shoplift. I carry my tablet in said bag as well as reusable grocery bags. I am a veteran in my 50s. Now I am not asked to do that. Still insulted. I went to WEIS the day security asked me that. They gave me no hassles.

Not that great...DOES NOT CARRY PRODUCTS THAT SPANISH OR CARIBBEAN PEOPLE WOULD EAT/USE! No salad bar, not a lot of options for baked items to choose from. You would think it is nice, but to have a security guard watching and waiting by the exit ...you know a lot of drug addicted/ theives frequent this location. Parking is good!

Good supermarket and and probly the best prices around but the store has been hapazardly expanding over the last 15 years.its pretty unorganized and doesnt really make sense. They keep on changing the location of products and produce is split into two different areas divided by a wall. Other then take out where we shop.

Layout is off. Produce is split into two rooms. It can be hard to locate some items if you are not familiar with the odd layout. They took over the liquor store, where planning a renovation and have not as of this writing. It is due for a updae.

Great employees, always very helpful. Would be 5 stars but i hate their bathroom, especially when my kids are with me. You have to walk in their back room and there is always boxes and stocking/unloading equipment everywhere.

Filthy deli, DO NOT but lunch meat from deli, they dont even clean floors, let alone slicers properly. Rude people, disgusting place!!! Hanging trash bags from there slicers, umm...gross!!!!
