Worst customer service ever. Ive been an att customer for over 10 years and never got good service at this location so why I keep going back there makes zero sense. Went in recently and the sales rep that helped me was sam and he was a total jackass. I had a few questions about upgrading my plan and he acted like such a jackass when I asked a question. Alls he wanted to do was just stare at me waiting for me to make a decision. I also wanted to get a new phone but he pissed me off so badly that I just walked out. I dont understand how someone so unfriendly and such a jerk gets a job in sales If you go to this shop and sam is the one helping you , run!!!

Terrible, terrible experience here. I came in to get a new iPhone and you would have thought I was trying to buy a car. Very high pressure sales people trying to sell you a home alarm system and direct tv. You have to be kidding me. Witnessed the sales staff taking advantage of elderly persons who did not know any better. Shame on you. Will never go to an AT&T store again; next time I will by my phone directly from Apple.

The staff here work in a manner that is to get you out of the store as quick as possible, yet push every single product they offer down your throat. Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Go to any other dealer location in the area instead of this corporate one.

Worst store and worst people. Never could get anything at this store. Always had to go somewhere else, and the job gets done like a piece of cake. 3 years of bad experience. Live close by so I go here hoping my opinion may change. But I was wrong again.
