The store is nice, i had two bad experiences, the first is when they were transitioning from food basic to galafresh, i bought a cheese danish cake, it was molded and a slice was taken out, i took it back the manager was nice she wanted to give me my money back , but i decided to buy something else instead, i forgave that because they were just opening. the second was today i bought three packs of turkey wings, they were slimy and stink, took them back the manager said she put the money back on my card, i asked how long would it take before i see it back she said she dont know. its not the fact that she dont know its that she act as if she dont care, i dont think i want to go back there to shop again

I went there 21:57 . They already locked door in store . I was about to buy just milk but door already closed. They suppose to close 10 pm .I asked one cashier take me in when she let somebody go out of store , she said she can not . I told her it is not 10pm yet she said sorry.????? Also their price tags always confusing . Or some of them they dont even have tag. Probably their end will be like food basics. 2 weeks ago I bought flour from them there were bugs just be aware .So I dont have any trust on this market anymore.

they really did a great job, with Gala, on Vanhouten Avenue , Passaic, N.J. nice store but for the area, prices are just to high, & expensive, I couldnt do my food shopping for the week, @ Gala. When I have to pick up a few things, its alright, other than that I go to shop rite sorry Gala

I love this store and they have a wide variety of culture food. I love isle #3 all my Caribbean needs.. the employees are nice and helpful, most of all the place is CLEAN.

GOOD EXCEPT THEY MAKE YOU PACK YOUR OWN THINGS WHICH IS ANNOYING. THEY SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE PUTTING THEM INTO BAGS.
