I ordered flowers through Teleflora that were delivered by Cottage Flowers. The bouquet I ordered was absolutely nothing like what was delivered, and I let Teleflora know I was disappointed. Teleflora advised they would send out a replacement and collect the flowers that were not what I expected. The florist returned to the recipients location, which in this case was her new job, was rude to the front office staff, created a confrontational scene with the recipient, and lectured her about me complaining of feeling "ripped off", which he did several times with very dramatic air quotes while he was ranting and carrying on at a corporate office. After he finished his theatrics, he took the flowers from her and did not give any replacement, as I was advised would happen. She was humiliated and embarrassed at her new job, for something that was meant to be a nice gesture. The feedback I sent had nothing to do with the recipient. The fact any business would behave this way is disgusting. If you use Teleflora, be warned, this is the kind of florist they allow to represent them. You can pick-up an arrangement at Target or Wal-Mart of superior quality (how sad is that?) and none of the drama of their inability to provide good customer service. Ive included a photo of what was delivered versus what was ordered, my disappointment was not unreasonable at all. The attitude of this florist is abhorrent.

I ordered orchids to be delivered to my mom on Mothers Day as the stores website said it would and could do. When I put information for the order online, the site asked for the recipients phone number (presumably to work out any logistics with delivery). There was no area to put a phone number for the person who made the order. They proceeded to call my mom to let her know they were out of stock. I called to inquire why they didnt update their website, the owner of the store yelled at me for expecting orchids on Mothers Day. I told her I expected it because her website said they could deliver it. She continued to give me a lecture at the top of her lungs. Horrible horrible customer service approach. How do places like this stay in business?

Cottage Flowers in Parsippany, NJ, at my request, made up a basket of a beautiful flower arrangement, goodies and doggie (healthy) treats for my daughter & her small family. My daughter sent me pictures of the arrangement....ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! My daughter & her family (& dog, too) were over-joyed....I was so happy that they were pleased, it brought tears to my eyes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fantastic lady and her COTTAGE FLOWERS in PARSIPPANY to anyone, everyone, who want, or need, arrangements for BIRTHDAYS, HOLIDAYS, WEDDINGS, SPECIAL OCCASIONS, ETC. I will continue to be a customer. Thank you, Cottage Flowers, you are a breath of fresh air (and fresh flowers) in the community.

DISCOURTEOUS! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends work for her birthday. Ann was nice and helpful. The flowers arrived in a timely fashion and the presentation was great, HOWEVER when they arrived the flowers wreaked of smoke. I called Ann and politely and respectfully thanked her for her services, but explained that smokey-flowers werent what people pay for/expect. She basically mockingly laughed at me and hung up. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had been trying to send an arrangement to my mother for Mothers Day for several years with specific types of flowers. While every other shop I called in previous years failed (and sent something totally different), Cottage Flowers succeeded and created a gorgeous arrangement that didnt look like they just shoved some random flowers in a vase! Make sure you call them directly and you will receive excellent service!

I got flowers delivered through TeleFlora to my fiancée for her birthday. The order was processed by Cottage Flowers. What got delivered was the smallest and the most heartless bouquet I could have imagined, nothing like it was shown on the website. The bouquet looked worse than a gas station bouquet, for $60 plus tax and delivery. I wont choose either Teleflora or Cottage Flowers in future.

Stopped in last minute to pick up flowers for my girlfriend! I actually didnt realize that it was already past the closing time. The lady there was super friendly, and she made a beautiful arrangement of roses for me, and we chatted up the whole time. Would definitely recommend Cottage Flowers to friends and coworkers.

Ive been getting my prom boutonnières and wristlets from Cottage Flowers for the past couple of years and will continue to do so. She always manages to make the flower arrangements beautifully and is a wonderful lady! She gives excellent suggestions, being very honest about unrealistic expectations.

Horrible service; horrible flowers; rude florist - very rude florist. Use only if you want to pay $40 for flowers that ShopRite throws aways. Ordered a dozen roses - $80 for bruised, torn flowers.
