DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I can not express how disappointed I am with this flower shop!!! We had a birthday of a friend and wanted to get her a really nice bouquet. We asked the owner (Jill - nasty woman!) to arrange a bouquet worth $100 but to do it with less expensive flowers so that the bouquet was huge! What we received was not nearly worth $100 dollars, but my father was in a rush when he picked them up and just paid and left. I then called back (with pictures) to explain how I felt and the woman asked me to email a picture. I sent her over a picture and she replied giving me a pricing break down of each flower. While I appreciate her giving me the pricing break down she must have thought I was STUPID!!! I have a friend who is a florist and I sent her the pricing that Jill sent me! Low and behold, She raised the price of every flower by a dollar so that the total showed an $120 bouquet instead of a $70 dollar one. I would have been happy with a $30 dollar credit. I nicely explained that we have a friend who is a florist and these prices are insanely high - her response??? Directly quoted from her email "Go buy them from your friend the next time. Thank you have a nice weekend." There are so many different ways she could have gone about the situation. A little customer service goes a long way. We have been loyal customers for almost 5 years!!!! I am absolutely finding a new florist in town!!!!

Wow. Jill, I believe the shop owner, was difficult from "hello." I continued being friendly telling myself she might just be having a bad day. She was audibly and clearly annoyed with my questions. Until she finally couldnt hold it anymore and said, "Oh boy." Oh boy! I couldnt believe my ears. I asked her if she had, indeed, just said that. And she kindly confirmed that yup, she did. I told her to cancel my order. I have never ever had someone behave this way when I was attempting be a good customer. Apologies, Jill, for putting you out by trying to give you my money and, in return, receive a product that looked as I want it to! Go figure, a customer wanting to be satisfied!

I have been in store several times and liked the store, but recently called to see if they would be available to do a wedding and was treated so rudely. Several hundred dollars of business and a lifetime of a neighborly business down the drain. Its hurtful to be treated rudely especially for something Im so excited about.

This flower shop ALWAYS has given me nothing but the freshest flowers and amazing looking arrangements. I use them for every local delivery I have and even asked them for a florist recommendation out in Pennsylvania. I would recommend this florist to anyone in the area. Never been disappointed. My mom and I called to place an order for a corsage and the lady who answered was very rude. She laughed at our questions and answered sarcastically. Definitely never buying anything from here. Owner should teach the employees proper etiquette.
