Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Nasty flowers and they are illiterate as they can not put the correct note to the correct person. After instructing them on what note to put in the card, they not only didnt have the correct note, they also put the wrong name as to who sent them. Kinda defeats the purpose of spending all that money when ur girlfriend has to ask who they are from. Overall, very disappointed and would recommend this florist to no one. do not waste ur time or money on this florist. Negative 7 stars. Only go here if u want bad flowers and unfriendly service from illiterate workers

Exceptional! Pat is an amazing florist with a real talent for making an arrangement look extraordinary. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. Ive been using Brookside for years to send flowers to family in the Vernon area and have always been thrilled with the results.
