I insured a package for 400 dollars they asked me what was in it i told the clerk that turned out to be the owner money orders which finding out later they are not allowed to ship lnever mind insure.I returned to the store many times after my package never arrived to get my insurance money from them,got nothing but the runaround from owner Scott.Never recovered my money or the money i spent to ship the package which i was told by the owners that they would at least reimburse me for that.I did ask at the time if my package gets lost or stolen would there be any problem getting paid for it being that it was insured,owner of store assured me it would not.Far from the truth it was nothing but a hassle from the get go with owner Scott blaming it on UPS and not his store.Word of advise to anyone using this store or their service ,get it in writing.i have not had time but intend on taking them to court to recover the loss.

The store isnt as busy as other UPS Stores. The staff is helpful and they always have enough equipment to get my boxes out.

Wow they are nuch nicer than other ups stores. Almost as nice as mail star in Paramus and the y are item till 1930 hours.
