THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The people who work there are all rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I have ordered prints both for cards and papers, and when I went to get my cards, they repeatedly told me that they have called me several times to pick up my cards, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. WHY WOULD I IGNORE PHONE CALLS ABOUT PICK UPS? It was only when I emailed AFTER DAYS of ordering my cards that they have told me that its been ready. THEY KNEW MY EMAIL AND WE HAVE COMMUNICATED THROUGH EMAIL. WHY COULDNT THEY HAVE EMAILED ME IF THEY REALLY DID TRY TO REACH OUT TO ME? (They had me pay front when ordering. So payment was already done.) Also, I have ordered customized papers from here which out of hundreds of orders of paper, have discovered close to 100 pages being misprinted. Upon confronting about the issue, the worker there simply said, "we have given you more pages from the beginning so count that." HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE IS THAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW WOULD I KNOW HOW MANY PAGES YOU HAVE GIVEN IN THE FIRST PLACE FROM HUNDREDS OF PAGES? And even if you have given me few more pages, that does not count into consideration of 100+ pages that have been misprinted. NO APOLOGIES or anything of the sort was said. MOST INCONSIDERATE, RUDE, DISRESPECTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT PRINT ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE THE DEFINITION OF RUDE AND IGNORANT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! EVEN 1 STAR IS NOT WORTH THIS COMPANY BUT FOR THE SAKE OF WRITING THIS REVIEW, I WILL GIVE IT ONE STAR.

Absolutely terrible people and the worst service ever. Literally the worst!!! I would give no stars if there was an option to mark no stars. They do not know how to treat their customers at all. Do not waste your time and money on this rude company who does not appreciate their customers at all. Absolutely pathetic!
