The people mean well and are nice and try to be helpful whenever possible. It seems like an easy job but its not as easy as it seems. "Spit-and-polish"? No. But very inexpensive for what you get and they get the job done right most of the time, in my experience. You get a street address, they handle your mail, they handle what seems like unlimited packages, scan them going out (if you have your own UPS account). They even accept DHL outbound drop-off, which is SUCH A GIANT HELP because DHL is more prone to problems then the Postal Service (by far--in every way) and so now, I never have to look at or deal with another DHL driver in my life, hallelujah!

These people are so bad, its comical. I had a mailbox for 4 years. They lost a piece on an average of one parcel a year. The last time, they lost two at the same time for nearly three weeks, swore up and down they could not have received them because they hadnt been scanned in. Then after I made a scene, the packages miraculously appeared. They even scanned them in with bogus UPS tracking numbers, even though they had been delivered by post office. Stay Away! Go anywhere else!

I went to this UPS Store and spent a lot of time trying to return unopened wrong package to the sender. The UPS store wanted to charge me for that, although sender told me that its free. It took me 15 seconds to do this in the UPS Sore in Oradell.

If you call them on the phone to ask a question they will try to take your tracking number just to take even though they will not be able to do anything with it ! This sucks !!!!

The store owner had no idea what to do. He had to ask one of his employees what to do. Even though he had been there for 2 years and went through training.
