....Update... AT&T Has gotten rid of this manager that I have referred to. Apparently, I am not not the only one who had problems with him. I Have changed my review to 3 stars. I went there to set up my iPhone on their pre-paid plan and they were very nice and helpful. The staff I expected to see missing, were in fact gone.....but only 3 stars because they the service is still wayy too overpriced. Original <1 Star Review..... I would not recommend going there. The manage is a complete meany. Extremely unprofessional. Interrups you. Very obnoxious. After years of my business and at least 5 iPhones, they would not waive a $35 restocking fee for a phone that did not have a feature that they claimed it did when they sold it to me. I refuse to give them my money EVER again. If you choose to go with this AT&T......Be prepaid to be treated like you never shopped there in your life or given them any money/business currently/past..... if you ever have a mixup or problem down the road. AT&T is great. It is just this one guy and his store. I had a bad experience with a second person there. The day before the iPhone 4s came out, I went in to see if there is was any way I could reserve one... (AT&T 1-800 support told me to go ask at a store with a sales rep because my online order was delayed because of a separate issue: AT&T was not going to get it to me on launch day as promised.........They dont normally do reserves, its first come first serve, but seeing as they messed up with my online order that was supposed to get me my phone on launch day....I though they might be willing to do it this one time...) After get a "NO WAY" very quickly, again with this guy, I could not finish the sentence. Then I mentioned the 800 number people told me that you may be able to make and accp...."NO" So giving up, I was trying to ask another quesion, starting with "Is there any way...." I said that 4 or 5 times getting" NO WAY" interrupted each time. So I stopped and I said please sir, can I please finish my sentence. He again gave me a rude remark while walking away, "sure, but no you cant".... What the hell that that contradictory sentence mean? I was just trying to ask him if I could wait in line, get there very early, and my business partner (who the account is under for our plans) could just arrive 5 minutes before open and get in line with me..... Or if the actual account holder name person had to wait in the line the entire time or if he could just meet me at the front of the line so he doesnt have to wait as well. Finally after a very frustrating few minutes, I got something like oh yea, thats no problem with no apology whatsoever, There is one very nice person there. Her name was Tiffany. She was always very helpful and I wish the rest of the staff and management could be more like her. Unfortunately she is no longer at this location, or possibly the company at all, I do not know.

Three months ago, a wonderful representative straightened out a nightmare of a rate plan mess that Apple created. Today, I was left on hold for 15 minutes without a response to which iPhone 5c colors they had in 16G. When I called back all representatives were busy. Mixed bag of customer service.

I just want to take the time to thank Dan for the fantastic customer service yesterday. Both my mother and I prefer going to this Oakhurst location because all of the employees are more knowledgeable and friendly than the Monmouth Mall and Middletown locations.

Great service here. Rather take the trip here instead of the mall. They have a list, people wait there turn instead of the mall where people keep butting in and youre rushed. Even the sales guys feel more relaxed

My family and I have been AT&T customers for around 10 years. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Choose any other AT&T location. The manager is overly chatty and wildly incompetent.
